The Chateauform' website offers corporate clients the opportunity to look for venues for seminars or business events, and then to request a quote based on the chosen venue, the number of attendees and the selected dates. 

As the kind of service provided by Chateauform' is quite engaging for the prospect, the research often requires a first visit to the website to do a preliminary scouting, then having an internal discussion, and finally returning to the website in order to complete the quote request. 

The main challenge for the Chateauform' digital teams is to generate as many leads as possible, i.e. to ensure that as many visitors as possible complete the form to request a quote.

When a visitor comes back to the Chateauform' website without having converted, a window is displayed as soon as he arrives on the homepage to propose him to resume his navigation exactly where he had left off during his previous visit.

 

In one click, the visitor resumes the search they had started and all the information they had pre-filled is kept: place, number of people, dates, type of event.

 

Each visitor is offered a precise message that includes each of the fields corresponding to their last search. For example: "during your last visit, you wanted to organize a seminar for 1 2 people from June 12 to 14 at the Château de la Tour".

 

In order to perfectly integrate with the Chateauform' website and to comply with the premium positioning of the brand, the design of the pop-up was realized by Potions, taking care to respect the graphic charter and integrating the photo of each chosen location.

 

By offering its returning visitors the opportunity to resume their last search, Chateauform' shortens the purchasing process on its site and brings its visitors closer to conversion.
